MBTI QUALIFICATION
We are pleased to announce that Ann Richardson and Clyde Dildine have recently completed an extensive qualification process to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® personality assessment tool is a written instrument that helps "indicate" a person's likely psychological type. The MBTI functions as a tool to help people:

• Understand themselves and their behaviors
• Understand and value others who think and act quite differently
• Understand how their personality type influences their leadership and teamwork behavior
• Appreciate others so as to make constructive use of individual differences

MBTI is a powerful tool that has been used with literally millions of people in a wide variety of applications including conflict resolution, teamwork, improving communications, and leadership development. By adding this world-renowned tool to our "bag of tricks" we believe we can offer our clients a great addition to their business improvement efforts. Congratulations, Ann.

THE CENTER FOR PEAK PERFORMANCE EXPANDS CHALLENGE COURSE

We are excited to announce the latest addition to our state-of-the-art high challenge course at the Rock Springs Conference Center, near Bend Oregon.  Over the summer, working with Byron Bridges of Building Bridges Inc. (BBI), we have designed and constructed a spectacular 700’ zipline that adds a whole new dimension to our teambuilding programs.  BBI is one of the world’s preeminent challenge course designers and builders. They incorporate the highest quality designs available and employ redundant or double safety systems, one of only a few companies worldwide that does so. BBI uses only the highest quality pre-tested construction materials and all designs are reviewed and certified by professional engineers. BBI course designs meet or exceed the rigorous standards as set forth by The Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), with whom they maintain a Level 4 membership (the highest available). Our zipline is one of the longest Byron has ever built, providing a thrilling ride that challenges participants to step out, overcome fear and doubt, trust, and with the support of others accomplish a feat they may have thought they could not do.
