
The typical target audience of The Leadership Challenge
is the top two to three organizational tiers of an organization.
The senior management team participates first and the
process is then cascaded through the organization in subsequent
programs. Participants often represent a cross-sectional
slice of the organization including senior management
members, high potential candidates, sales managers, project
managers, functional and department team leaders, etc.

Your cost will vary based on the size of the target audience,
program length, location and activities. Typically, The
Leadership Challenge will range from $250 - $300
per person per program day, not including meals, lodging
or transportation. The optional 360° feedback process
is priced separately.

The center is located on 1,200 acres and grants exclusive
use of the property to each group. The center has a state-of-the-art
Challenge Course including both high and low elements.
Rivers, mountains, lakes & wilderness are at our doorstep
for challenging outdoor experiences.
