The Leadership Challenge™ is a two to three-day workshop designed to improve the leadership capability of an organization or business. A thorough needs assessment ensures The Leadership Challenge™ experience is targeted on real-world issues and the challenges your leaders face. Your business will gain from the enhanced skills your leaders will bring to the task of improving business performance. We believe strongly that experiential approaches to learning provide the best retention, transfer to the workplace and are the most fun. We use a wide variety of indoor and outdoor challenges to improve the performance of your leaders. Our activities range from low physical challenge, classroom-based initiatives to more strenuous, and outdoor-oriented experiences. As an option, a 360° feedback process can be incorporated into the workshop providing a template of the organization's desired leadership competencies and behaviors, confidential feedback to leaders on how well they exhibit those behaviors, and a summary report of the organization's leadership strengths and developmental needs.

Rome was not built in a day and neither are highly effective leaders. Following The Leadership Challenge™ experience, we present & review with the business leader a written Summary Report, which includes our observations & recommendations for taking leadership to a higher level. In addition, many of our clients prefer to establish a long-term relationship with us to ensure their leaders reach their full potential. The Leadership Challenge™ is typically the first phase in a strategic process to accomplish that objective.

The typical target audience of The Leadership Challenge™ is the top two to three organizational tiers of an organization. The senior management team participates first and the process is then cascaded through the organization in subsequent programs. Participants often represent a cross-sectional slice of the organization including senior management members, high potential candidates, sales managers, project managers, functional and department team leaders, etc.

Your cost will vary based on the size of the target audience, program length, location and activities. Typically, The Leadership Challenge™ will range from $250 - $300 per person per program day, not including meals, lodging or transportation. The optional 360° feedback process is priced separately.
